Order Cancellation

Order cancellations and modifications are permitted only within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, orders enter our processing pipeline and cannot reliably be intercepted. Within 1 hour but before dispatch: a 20% cancellation fee applies, covering payment processing, order placement, and administrative costs already incurred. The $7.95 shipping & handling fee also remains non-refundable.

After dispatch: orders cannot be cancelled or recalled. Customers may refuse delivery, but Serinaro is not responsible for international packages lost in return-to-sender transit, and no refund is guaranteed for refused international shipments.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 90 days of delivery.

A 20% restocking fee may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.

For hygiene reasons, certain items may be non-returnable. For eligible returns, we may offer store credit instead of a cash refund, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Custom, personalized, or bulk orders, as well as gift cards, are not eligible for return.

Hygiene Policy (Worn Items)

For hygiene reasons standard to all activewear and clothing retailers, items showing any signs of having been worn or used are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances. This includes:

  • Creasing or stretching from being worn

  • Body oils, sweat residue, lint, or pet hair

  • Tags removed, damaged, or detached

  • Items that have been washed, even once

  • Items showing any signs of having been put on, even briefly


For bundle orders that include both eligible and worn items, the full retail value of any worn item (up to $37.99 per item) will be deducted from the refund of the bundle.

Digital Goods

All digital goods — including bonus ebooks, guides, and downloadable content — are delivered immediately upon purchase and are non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of whether the digital content has been accessed.

For bundle orders that include digital goods, the stated retail value of the digital content ($19.99 for the standard ebook) will be deducted from any refund of the physical portion of the order, as the digital component cannot be returned.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.

If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact your financial institution.

We do not issue refunds for items that have been used, worn, or damaged due to normal use or misuse. Additionally, we cannot refund orders affected by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

All refunds are processed in the original currency of purchase. Customers are responsible for any fees related to currency conversion or exchange rates.

Damaged Items

We ensure that all products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include a clear photo of the damage so we can assess eligibility for a replacement at no cost.

We do not replace or refund items damaged through normal use or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control, including those caused by carriers, customs, or other logistics issues.

For delivery-related issues, please contact the carrier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Fraud Prevention

To prevent fraud, we verify billing and shipping details and monitor transactions for unusual activity.

We reserve the right to request additional information to confirm the legitimacy of an order. If fraud is suspected, we may cancel the order and notify the customer.
