Shipping policy
Our products are shipped from our warehouses in Hong Kong. The shipping warehouse depends on stock availability at the time you place your order. It is possible that your order is shipped from a warehouse located in another country, as we aim to ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery.
All orders are processed within 48 hours. We carry out regular stock checks to ensure the quality of our products.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase. During sales periods or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. Your estimated shipping time will be confirmed at checkout.
Delivery Times
Delivery times range between 5 and 10 business days, depending on your location, excluding weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen carrier delays.

Duties & Customs
We cover all customs duties and import fees for all destinations we ship to. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. Your purchase price is fully inclusive.
Shipping Fees
We offer free international shipping on all orders. No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.
Order Tracking
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped. Tracking information is typically available within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.
You will also receive automatic updates throughout the delivery process. If you have not received your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
If your tracking information has not updated after 48 hours, please allow additional time for the carrier system to update.
Lost Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, we will reship your order at no additional cost.
Please contact us at support@serinaro.com, and we will resolve the situation as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to request confirmation from the carrier before processing a reshipment.
Incorrect Address
We are not responsible if an address is entered incorrectly during checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
If you notice an error, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@serinaro.com, and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will issue a refund once the item is received back at our warehouse. We are not responsible for additional shipping costs caused by incorrect address details.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@serinaro.com with the subject line “CANCELLATION”. Canceling your order will result in a 15% cancellation fee of the original purchase amount.
Once an order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible, and our standard return policy will apply.
Delays & Force Majeure
Serinaro is not liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, customs delays, or carrier disruptions.
In such cases, we will make every effort to keep you informed and minimize any inconvenience.
